Offerings for a Goddess

Shan Yu made his way through the forest to the altar where he had seen the goddess Eris the first time. He didn't fear death, but he wasn't ready to piss off any gods. He had found some fragrant tree bark and some fruits as an offering. He walked to the altar and laid his offerings there. Reaching for the two stones in his pocket he lit the tree bark in fire and let it burn a while before blowing it out, the fragrant smoke filling the air. He placed his hands together and bowed infront of the altar.

Eris had watched the ritual Shan-Yu was performing. It was quite amusing to see. She smirked as the smoke filled the air, Seeing him bow. She appeared between the smoke. Floating out of it as she took place on her throne. ''You called?''

He glanced up from his bow. "I didn't. I was just bringing you offerings." He straightened up. "Does that not please you?"

Eris grinned. ''It's alright, Could be worse.'' She said tilting her head to Shan-Yu. ''So do you enjoy being on my island for now?'' She asked smirking at him.

"Could be worse." He smirked. "It is a beautifull island. I don't hate it at all."

She laughed. ''Well that is very nice to hear..Did you have fun with Ping?'' She asked Floating off her throne towards him.

He laughed. "Well it was more fun for me than for her." He kept his eye on her.

Eris laughed coldly. Floating around him. ''Poor little girl. How could you be so cruel Shan-Yu?'' She stopped before him smirking wickedly.

He smirked. "Impersonating a man is a crime punishable by death in my country. If anything I was being kind."

She smirked. ''That is more than the truth sir.'' She floated backwards sitting on her throne. ''Are you going to tell Jane what you did to that poor girl?''

He smirked and shook his head. "No, I think I shall keep Pings secret to myself.... for now. Where would the fun be if I told everybody?" He crossed his arms over his chest.

''His or hers honor would be more broken than it is already, Filled with shame and hate for herself. It would drive her crazy...And she might do things she had wished she had never done.'' A big evil grin was formed on her lips. ''People driven by emotions will do things they regret.''

He grinned too, his grinn rivaling hers. "That is true. Hopefully she won't commit suicide, that would be dissapointing."

''That would such a shame and a waste of a soul.'' She shook her head. ''So have you made any more friends than Ping?''

He smirked. "Your sister has been most gracious to me and has been teaching me to read. And ofcourse there is Jane, and I met that Megara woman who was in that wanted poster." He tilted his head slightly. "Why did you do that? I see no use for the money here."

She grinned. But stopped grinning when she heard Shan-Yu tell her that her sister has been gracious...She had not really followed what her sister was doing because she was sure that Rose knew well what to do. ''Interesting.''
Eris than smirked again. ''That is what you think..But it is very useful back home..'' She made a money sign with her fingers.

He grinned. "So you are saying we are able to return home one day? That is true, maybe I should take on the assignment." He said laughing cruelly.

She grinned. ''I like your behavior and way of thinking Shan-Yu.''

He smirked. "Thank you, I happen to like it too." He laughed at his words. He bowed to the Goddess. "I shall deliver her to you then." He said smirking wickedly.

''I shall look forward on that day.'' She nodded as she disappeared in the smoke.

He smirked as he made his way back to the tree.
